Belly Dancing
BELLY DANCING is an exciting way to put FUN, FITNESS, JOY AND LAUGHTER into your life while bonding with other women in a SISTERHOOD of DANCE.
Classes at CHHC are designed to accommodate all levels and all ages of students. Classes begin with warm up and stretches and slowly move into basic dance moves. Wear comfortable "workout" clothes (nothing too tight) and plan on having lots of fun!
BELLY DANCING at CHHC is a Goddess approach to fun and fitness as women come together in dance to celebrate "womanhood and womandance". A healing form of movement that begins on the outside and quickly moves to the heart and soul of the dancer!
